Taubman Method Of Technique

Learning The Taubman Method.  Am aware that people get all heebee jeebee'd about it but I don't know why. 

I've been working with this method for a bit now.  I have a small hand.  And guess what, my playing doesn't sound like I have a small hand.  It's sounding bigger, richer, more confident.

What on earth is wrong with that?  Who cares what the technique is if it works.
